Will not take my dog here again. I took my dog here because she has a bladder infection and it was close to my house. The staff was very friendly and nice. They prescribed antibiotics for her and I left. After a few days I realized that this was not nearly enough (14 pills total). I read the label 2 pills every 12 hours for 14 days (which is 56 pills total) and the quantity said 28. So I got 14 pills when I was supposed to have 56 even though the package said I got 28.... I went back in and explained the error and they were very nice about it but I was given another 14 and told they did not have enough and were waiting on more to fill the order today (understandable) BUT what really disappointed me about this place is after all that, they told me I would have to pay an additional $50 to make up the difference in pills..... you've got to be kidding me. I get that people make mistakes but expecting me to pay for your multiple mistakes is ridiculous. Especially when that was the amount I was originally supposed to receive and have already paid for.

I am new to the area, so I decided to bring my cat to Central Animal Hospital because of their great reviews and rating. I have to admit that they lived up to it. The staff and vet were very friendly. Dr. Long did such a great job with my cat, who is usually very nervous at the vet. They were able to provide treatment options that worked within my budget for my boy's care. I will be taking him to Dr. Long from now on.

We take both our Dog and Cat to Central Animal Hospital and have found them to be very friendly at front counter. They take you into a consultation room quickly and most times the vet or vet nurse is with you within minutes. They take care to be comprehensive and make well thought out recommendations that are not just about making more money. We have been very please with the care, attention and follow up. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet. Thanks

All the doctors and vet staff are very kind and compassionate. They have taken great care of my cat and dog. They answer all your questions perfectly and care for your pets as they would theirs. They feel like family! Our dog was very sick and they never gave up until they figured out was wrong. I love that called to check up on the pets to make sure they're doing okay after a procedure. I trust my pets here and so should you!

Central Animal Hospital is, in my opinion, the best vet in town. Dr. Brown has taken excellent care of my cat since 2009 and my Boerboel (mastiff) since 2011 when I got her as a small pup. I have always felt confident that my animals shave gotten the best care. Dr. brown is excellent, taking the time to talk about what is going on with your pet and answer any of your questions. Frankly he has gone above and beyond what you would expect from a vet. He is experienced and frequently attends conferences to keep up with changes in medical techniques, medication and nutrition. His experience was extremely important to me with, having a giant dog breed and the special care they require (nutrition, preventative surgeries to prevent bloat, geriatric care). They put the profits back into the facility and offer the latest technology and procedures to their patients. If you want to provide the best care for your furry loved ones, you should take them here. You get what you pay for. All the vet techs and staff are friendly and are great with the animals.
